What We Test Our combine is built around the same core athletic metrics used at the highest levels, including the National Football League. Speed 40 Yard Dash — Measures acceleration and top-end speed. Explosiveness Vertical Jump — Tests lower-body power and athletic explosiveness. Broad Jump — Measures horizontal power and coordination. Agility 5-10-5 Shuttle Run — Evaluates change of direction, quickness, and body control. Reaction Time Light-based reaction testing challenges athletes to react under pressure — critical for sports like basketball, lacrosse, and volleyball. Sport-Specific Skills (Rotating) Depending on the season, athletes may also complete: - Shooting challenges (basketball) - Passing & reaction drills (soccer) - Shot speed & accuracy (lacrosse) Your Results Every athlete receives a PlayerHaven Performance Report, including: - Full test results - Rankings within their age group - Comparison benchmarks - Progress tracking for future combines Top performers are featured on our PlayerHaven Leaderboard Wall inside the facility.
